About Me:

Hello, I am Mira. I hold a MSc degree in Psychology, and have done research work in Cognitive Neuropsychology. I’m also a trainee psychotherapist working towards my professional qualification in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP accredited) at the prestigious Minster Centre. I’m passionate about helping individuals through life’s challenges and aim to create a safe and supportive space for exploration and healing.

What to Expect:

I believe that change and healing happen in relation, so I offer a warm, accepting and non-judgmental environment where you can feel at ease and safe expressing yourself. Everyone’s needs of psychotherapy are different. Therefore, we will discuss and focus on what is important to you at the moment. I wish to support, enable, be alongside you and help you build in resource to overcome challenges and live a most fulfilling life.

My Approach:

My approach is integrative, meaning that I use different psychotherapy modalities such as: person-centred, psychodynamic, and body psychotherapy. My focus is on fostering a respectful and empathetic therapeutic relationship. By combining elements from different approaches, I aim to provide a flexible and holistic therapy experience that promotes self-awareness and empowerment.

Area of Focus:

I work with clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship and family challenges, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. I am dedicated to creating an inclusive environment for clients from diverse backgrounds and perspectives.

Lets Connect:

I primarily work in person, but occasionally offer online sessions as well. If you feel I might be a good therapist for you, please get in touch. I look forward to working together and supporting you in your journey.
