I’m Lee, a dedicated trainee counsellor passionate about supporting individuals on their journeys of self-discovery. With over a decade of experience in mental health spanning three continents, I bring a global perspective to my practice. My personal experience with burnout has given me an intimate understanding of life’s challenges, forming the foundation for my compassionate and flexible approach.

I work holistically, incorporating mindful dialogue and breathwork techniques to support nervous system regulation and enhance self-awareness.
