Counsellor

About Me:

I’m Galina, and I hold an MSc in Psychology. I am currently a student counsellor pursuing a Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling. About seven years ago, I began exploring psychology through reading and watching content on the subject. Over time, this interest grew and gradually transformed into a shift from my technical background to psychology and, eventually, counselling.

What to Expect:

In the safe and respectful space I aim to create, clients are encouraged to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences at their own pace. I strive to support clients in gaining deeper self-awareness and finding their own meaning and direction in life, while addressing the challenges they face.
If you feel that you need help or support—or even if you’re thinking, “My problem isn’t big enough for therapy”— I encourage you to reach out. Therapy isn’t just for major crises; it’s a safe space to process emotions, gain clarity, and develop tools to navigate life’s challenges, whether they feel big or small.
And if you’re facing a major crisis, you are absolutely welcome here too. You don’t have to face it alone.
Let’s work through it together!

My Approach:

My approach is integrative, blending existential philosophy with core principles of psychology and psychotherapy. This means I focus on helping you explore life’s deeper questions—such as purpose, meaning, and personal responsibility—while also drawing on evidence-based psychological methods to address emotional challenges and promote growth.
