A space where you can truly be you.
Hi! My name is Eda, I am a Counselling Psychology Trainee at the University of Roehampton. Drawing from my personal and professional experience, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and empowered. I truly believe in the power of a collaborative relationship to foster growth.
Beginning, coming back to, or continuing therapy with a new practitioner, can be daunting. Please know that whatever you bring into our space will be met without judgment; we will work together to create an environment where you can explore what matters most to you. My goal is to create a space where we can untangle thoughts, feelings, and experiences, moving toward greater self-understanding and positive change.
I practice with a person-centred approach, prioritising you as the expert of your own life. My role is to provide a compassionate and empathetic environment where you feel safe to explore your thoughts and emotions openly. I encourage you to bring anything that isn’t working in our sessions or that could help you feel more supported. We’ll work together to make adjustments that suit your needs. I’m here to walk alongside you.
I support clients with a wide range of challenges, including stress, anxiety, school- or work-related difficulties, relationship concerns, parenting struggles, low mood, neurodiversity, and self-esteem issues. Above all, I strive to create a space where you can bring anything that feels important to you. Together, we’ll work collaboratively to address what you need most, empowering you to take meaningful steps toward the life you envision.
If my approach resonates with you, I invite you to reach out. I’m here to support you in exploring, understanding, and embracing your journey.
